"No SOAP at all. Told they had ran out. That I could go to Walmart and buy soap. Could not wash hands"

The room was clean.

Two people stayed but room only had 1 chair. Refrigerator was ot cold even though set on high. There was NO SOAP fir the shower or sink. No way to wash hands or take bath. Staff said they were out of soap but I could go to Walmart and buy some. I should have been refunded a discount.

"I did enjoy my stay."

The room was ok. the bathroom had used wash cloth laying on the sink looked like someone wipe their face with make-up. The front desk did not ask me if I wanted to use a different card. He just charged card. I wanted to use a different card then he pretended he could not change it. The shower head need to be adjusted so it can be be used and not to wet up the entire bathroom, which I experienced.

Asked for a handicap room on first floor and was not granted that request.
