USProperty name changed during our stay which required 2 additional room bookings to complete my scheduled stay. Room card no longer worked after day 2 of a 4 day stay: had to go front desk to rebook because I could not pay for my entire stay at check in: only the first two days, then rebook the next day, then rebook the last day. Some buddies were double charged and told to get refund on their own. Halls had a weird smell. Pillows were soft.

The breakfast was not up to expectations. No fruit, no hot food at all, most hotels at the very least have eggs and sausage. That was disappointing. I had a muffin the size of my pinky finger.

CAUSUSWe’ve been staying here for years (we have family nearby) and over the past two years, since the latest owners took over, it has been upgraded and very nice.
Very clean, comfortable beds, refrigerator and microwave in every room.
USThe lady who was checking us in had not a clue how to properly help us, got it to where we could check in and then were given the wrong room type. Received house keeping 3 times in 2 full weeks. 1 of the times was only because we took out the garbage to them in the hall and dirty towels. The only good thing about the whole stay with the manager Mr.Patel, he was able to help and figure out our situation when we were unable to check in. Very unfortunate we usually stay at this hotel every time we come in to town, unfortunately I don’t think we will be returning after this stay…
