"Decent stay for the price"

Breakfast was delicious. Lady at the front desk was very sweet. Gentleman at night was kind too.

The bed was not very comfortable, even my teen mentioned it.

"Have stayed here before. Was as expected, same as first time. Very quiet, very comfy."

Location is excellent, price is fair but typical for that location and specific weekend. Breakfast is very basic but edible and decent, no complaints. Room was very clean. Cleaning staff was friendly. The person that checked me in was very nice, didn't really see any other staff.

The only negative which probably can't be helped, is the stairs going up to the rooms. They are quite dirty but probably because of all the work boots coming directly into the hotel. But rooms were clean and hallway was fairly decently clean.
