"I would never stay here again."

The pool

The toilet had a cracked seat, the tub/shower was disgusting! There was roaches and spiders crawling in the tub and rusty borders around the tub. The rooms and elevators were very outdated. I took my kids here for a staycation and had to go home each night just for a shower. The breakfast and staff was just horrible.

Location and I was able to book last minute.

Our first room. The window was leaking like making puddle on window seal. She did move us quickly tho. So that was nice. But the other room had some stains on curtains and pillow cases.

"Paid for the pool"

The pool was nice to burn off some energy after a long trip in the car. Beds were comfortable, and the room was a decent size for a family of 5. Staff were friendly

Ants in pool area and in our room. Cleaning was done subpar, still bits of trash and items from previous occupants on the floor and hair in bathtub. Elevator was not working, and no crib available.
