The front desk attendant was not friendly, the rooms were not clean, and there were multiple hairs in the sheets, bathroom, towels, washcloths, and didn’t look like the room was cleaned. The floor was visibly left uncleared as well.

The staff was friendly and they lock the second door at night that can only be opened with your key which is added security.

I didn’t like the location but I kind of knew that before my stay based on pictures I saw. However, I was hoping the area was safer than it appeared on the pictures. I personally didn’t feel safe walking out at night, which is when my event was going to be finishing so I would be arriving back to the hotel at night. The property looks clean superficially. But it isn’t as clean as it appears. The first room I was given smelled musty and like cigarettes. They were nice enough to change my room, however the second room also had a weird smell to it not as bad as the first. The furniture is outdated and the sofa in the room looked very dingy. I didn’t even want to sit on it. I got back very late and when I went to go to sleep, there was hair on the sheets, not just one, but a couple. It wasn’t until the next morning that I noticed that the sheets themselves were dirty. My daughter found candy wrappers on the floor and you can tell that the floor hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. I guess that’s what you get for the cheap price. The breakfast was very limited as well.

My likes... The bed, towels, sheets, pillows, desk, refrigerator etc..etc.

My dislikes are very short but very important... I stayed for 2 weeks straight and they only came to clean my room twice. The trash just piled up in the meantime. The front desk said that they were understaffed.

Comfortable bed and room.

No Maid service first night. Co.plained and got some maid service but no coffee set up in the room. Breakfast was fine. Front desk helpful but didn't follow through.
