Room (bed) was excellent. The mattress was new! VERY clean and tidy, both in room and in the public area of the hotel. Shower was very good@

The level of Service here is incredible. Went back down one morning just after the free breakfast to make some more tea. The hot water container was empty, rather than making me wait for it to be filled they took my coffee mug straight to the kitchen and filled with hot water for me. Personalized service at its best.

Having to get out of the extremely comfy King size bed in the mornings. Having to decide to sleep an extra hour or go down for free breakfast.
