It was clean and easy parking. Only there for one night.

Did not have the breakfast. Comfortable bed.

The floor in the room and especially the bathroom had not been swept/cleaned in a while. Had to ask for toilet paper.

It is a motel that changed interior which is good, but exterior don’t feel safe, also phone does not work, and internet does not work and smoke alarm keep going beeping

This is an inexpensive hotel, so I don’t have high expectations. In general the place was clean. The room had a reasonably comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. Good enough for a cheap hotel. The room was clean EXCEPT for the DIRTY HANDPRINT AND FOOTPRINT ON THE BATHROOM WALL. There were not very many guests during our stay. The BREAKFAST was extremely SPARSE, as if the mgmt was trying to only put out a minimal amount of food. However, the trash cans in the breakfast area were stuffed—maybe hadn’t been emptied in many days. Some key items were missing in the breakfast area—coffee cups, waffle batter—and the “fruit” consisted of 2 apples. There was man on duty 24-7. He was not very accessible—had to ring the bell on the desk multiple times to get the missing breakfast items and to check out. When I asked for a receipt to verify that I had not been charged for incidentals, he abruptly told me that Expedia would send me a receipt. He was not pleasant nor welcoming.

Was fairly quiet.

Pool was filled in and sod put on top. Very empty, and that should have told me the story. Resident manager was not very professional in appearance but polite enough. Christmas decorations were still up in late April !! We had a bolt missing on toilet seat, 1/8 of roll of toilet paper, and just swept out after last person. 1 coffee, 1 decaf, ice maker was shut down or broken. Not going to return...and not exactly inexpensive either.

Very clean hotel. Super nice young man checked us in. Grocery store about 3 blocks away. Lots of restaurants around the area. Bed was very comfy. I would stay there again!
