The staff was great it was just the one person at the desk, the room would have been fine but when I got up in the middle of the night there's roaches everywhere and I couldn't go back to sleep afterwards I won't be staying there again!

Great location and place

The front part is sketchy and people just hang out and walking around but the back is perfectly peaceful

The staff was very rude and disrespectful. Me and My Husband was awaken out of our sleeps by bedbugs eating him up on his back. We immediately turned the lights on and seen the bedbugs crawling. Now we checked the bed before we came in last night, but it was very late and we weren’t in the room all day we came back around 12 midnight from with our family because my sister just had babies so we came down to be able to help her out and also we did some shopping and we woke up to the books eating him on his back and when we flick the light on, they were just crawling and we have videos. The owner was very rude. Couldn’t put us in another accommodation in another room said the hotel was booked full, and the hotel was not booked full at all.

The staff is horrible housekeeping is trash room looked at clean, but has bedbugs

The pool was closed and had a few people just chilling in the parking lot

Rude receptionist, dirty dust ruffle around bed and under nattress, stained pillows and bedding. On the food side no bed bugs.

First room was dirty had blood and hair on sheets Lobby had 3 coffee and creamer plastic containers at entry to collect water from leaks rooms we’re disgusting and smelled like mold
