"Not as bad as some but needs some TLC!"

The location was fine. The bed was comfy and the sheets and towels were clean!!

Carpet inside the room and hallways was FILTHY!! The bathroom sink was clogged and no one ever came to fix it after I mentioned to the front desk staff. The property needs some TLC!

"Terrible and I would never stay there again."

It was filthy. There was a live cockroach in my room. The towels were dirty. Poor cleaning all around. The elevator had troubles. poor staff communication.

"BED BUGS!!!!!"

BED BUGS!!!!!!!! I stayed in a room with bed bugs, and Booking has not resolved the issue. I had to spend around $79 on my own to disinfect my belongings, and the hotel did not properly disinfect the room — they only changed the sheets. This has been extremely upsetting and unacceptable.

"Wasn’t clean, stunk very bad, staff was rude."

The location was about it 8 minutes from Toyota factory as we were there for a Yungblud concert

The staff tried accuse me of stealing a candy bar bc I set my water down on the shelf to verify the price of the water. Very rude claimed it was on camera but when I asked them to show me the proof they said never mind it was fine.
