I have been staying here for 12 days, and my room has not been cleaned. There are no towels provided, and the bathroom drain is not working, causing flooding. The front desk staff has been unavailable, and no one is answering calls. Additionally, I have not had a working room key for my entire stay. Although the manager has been polite, the issue with the room key has been repeatedly promised to be fixed but remains unresolved. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing and needs immediate attention.

How close it was to the military base

Staff was unprofessional the bed was uncomfortable housekeeping didn’t come everyday and I ran out of towels the noise from outside was very loud the gym was not open it looked like it had been destroyed there was no breakfast or snacks for purchase in the lobby
