The staff was nice and helpful.

We literally stayed for 6 hours and the room were barely touched and I didn't receive my deposit back. People were cooking outside their rooms. The rooms we were giving one had mold and the other room we couldn't get into. So the clerk had to get us another room which place my son further away from us. I didn't enjoy my stay, im just going to say that.

"The entire staff is horrible and the facility is horrible, dont stay at the Roadway Inn in fort lee!"

This place is horrible I found bed bug in the bed and told staff, they went to check and said there was nothing there, but i showed them the video and pictures and they still denied it! I never even stayed in that room for 5 mins and when I asked for a refund they said they wouldn't give me one, but they didn't didn't need because i called my bank and told them everything and got my money back anyway! This all happened on Saturday night too!

Easy to book

There was nothing there to like. The building was surrounded by bad odor from every corner. The smell of weed and bunch of crack heads hanging around the building. Very unsafe for any travelers. I would not recommend this to anyone. I refused to stay there for these, and other reasons and they still refuse to reimburse me even though I never open the room. They still charged me 2 nights, without stepping in the room. Very disappointed. Thank you
