"Eww. Will spend $50 more to stay at a clearer establishment next visit."

The pool and location are the ONLY positives for this location.

Room was dirty!! Fridge did not work, nor was offered to be fixed/traded out or room switched. Lots of ‘activity’ in the parking lot, at all hours of the night. Should I continue?

We arrived after 7 hrs of driving, check in at 3 no delays there was a small problem with the room fridge and they were more than happy to assist and give us a new room, the staff was professional, the room was clean, ac working they have ice and vending machine in the first floor just 15 mins away from Busch garden, for family or couples trip this hotel gave us exactly what we needed, there are cameras all around which made us feel safer, overall pleasant experience definitely considering another visit if we go back to Busch gardens in the future

"DO NOT BOOK HERE!!"

The gentleman at the counter was nice.

The property is dirty and next to two strip clubs. The room was absolutely filthy and we walked in and walked out. We did not even stay here. The pictures online are false and deceptive. This property is an “extended stay” property and the folks hanging around outside are sketchy. There were dead bugs in the room and the room smelled like chemicals, almost like bug chemicals. There were spiders webs inside the room and two huge spiders. There were random fluid marks on the ceiling, walls, and floor.
