"Horrible "

Our room had to be changed 2 times after we checked in (as the rooms were not even close to clean) and pool was closed for 2 days (it was a factor for us to choose this place) I have a photo of what the toilet looked like but I’m not going to share (can do if necessary)

Nothing

There was hair in the bathroom. There was a bug on my mother's bed. The room wasn't clean. There was a bikini top left behind the bathroom door. The property that we booked at red roof inn and paid for did not have breakfast like advertised online. The elevator was super hot because the AC wasn't working and the elevator shakes and stalls between floor. We are seeking compensation if not refunded

"Exceptional"

The rooms are immaculate. Mrs Bobbi, Jamal and Sanjita (I believe I spelled that right) are absolute sweethearts. They def make you feel welcome and take care of you like family!

There was nothing to like.

I didn't like how when I got in the shower there was a dirty rag where someone from the last stay used. I didn't like how they charged my son 245 dollars for a regular room like mines, my room was 188.30 that's what my son room should have cost.

Staff was friendly & It was only a 10 minute drive from Busch gardens!

Bed sheets weren’t changed (have housekeeping experience so I know), hair from previous guests in the shower.

Wasn’t impressed at all. The pictures of the hotel are not up to date at all. Everything is old and overly used. The hotel is extremely overpriced for the condition it is in.smh holes with poor patch work in the walls and bathroom doors. The couch was so filthy so I couldn’t even touch it, the mattress was filthy with brown stains all over it and it was nothing but drug addicts coming in and out of the hotels.smh I wish I could have given zero stars.smh and the rooms come with the thinnest sheet on the bed, the whole hotel was just a joke and need to be shut down.smh

"Very bad would NOT recommend but, could get better."

Customer service was good but the rest was very unpleasant.

Most of everything was very unpleasant about the hotel especially the uneasy feeling of getting robbed or getting invaded in our room.
