Die Dame, ihr Name ist vielleicht nicht ganz korrekt ''Lulu'' war äusserst hilfsbereit. Ihre Kollegen waren ebenfalls i.O.

Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr gut, aber wenn sehr viele Gäste zusammen eintreffen - wird es etwas schwierig. Der Raum müsste vielleicht etwas vergrössert werden.

The man who greeted everyone and took their luggage in was amazing! He was the best he was very kind to every guest compared to the front desk people. I believed he worked in maintenance.

The front desk was very flakey and they hid in the back alot. At one point a staff member snapped at a client because he was waiting on his room and was trying to ask the front for the bathroom key and the staff member said he did not have a kay and to go find maintenance.
