Professional and caring staff, from the front desk host to the breakfast buffet. Very comfortable bed and room, everything was clean. Hotel is located near a busy intersection by the freeway, so we heard a few loud train whistles and emergency vehicles but the bed was so comfortable we fell right back asleep!

Breakfast is excellent, location perfect, and facility nicely appointed.

Staff not particularly friendly except for evening receptionist (Jocelyn?) who was delightfully personable. Stayed three nights but received no housekeeping and had to ask for sheets, pillow, and blanket for pullout bed (we booked a room for three people).
