Staff is friendly, location is easy to find, your bed and pillows are the best, the sheets and blankets did have some staining

It was clean

The location the noise from room above us., After quite hours how the hotel phone in our room was not connected it was just a phone on night stand I went down to front desk at about 1145pm to complain about the loud noise coming from room above us, that was fist night. The second night we were awoken again by the loud bangs and it sounded like they were jumping up an down. We were awoken at 1230am 230am and again at 630am we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we definitely will not be staying there again. They did give us half off second night but we paid full price for first night. Not a good place to stay.

I haven’t found one thing to complain about. The hotel is clean the staff is friendly. It was a pleasurable experience staying here. The complimentary breakfast might be the same at Holiday Inn Express’ but this was definitely one of the best I have had. The staff that managed the breakfast area are friendly and kept everything meticulous. Plus they have a coffee station where your coffee is freshly ground.

Hotel is beautiful and very clean. The only thing they can do better is tell you during check in that you have to request housekeeping to even get towels each day.
