"Passable for 1 night stay."

The Continental breakfast was fairly good. The hot water was hot. The room was clean.

Property is under major renovation. Limited parking. Access to entrance is a side door. Upon checking in, I was assigned a room that had a sopping wet floor and smelled of mildew. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk clerk, she dismissed my concern and stated that there was nothing that they could do because they were booked up. I found a manager and maintenance guy who actually walked in the room and immediately assessed the flooded room and they put me in another room next door. The manager & maintenance guy clearly cared about me as a guest. Maybe they should reconsider some of the front desk staff.

"OK, could have been better"

Location

Construction, the equipment literally blocked portions of the parking lot. The whole building had ONE door in/out, seemed like a fire hazard!? Did not feel safe or secure. The girl at the front desk was very hard to understand, strong foreign accent.

Internet connection was terrible. Hotel was under construction and I was not aware of that. construction crew was banging on something right outside my window on Saturday morning. It was annoying.

"Property under construction made for a unpleasant stay"

Location was excellent

Under construction. Loud banging started early in the morning on the room and woke us up. Limited parking due to construction equipment. Pretty severe water leak in the ceiling near our room.

They had a room on a busy weekend in Madison.

Room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The towels were really dingy. Old stains on white towels.
