Please inform Sonder Rideau in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Parties, excessive noise, and smoking are not allowed. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no room service or daily housekeeping. Intra stay cleanings are available upon request 24 hours in advance for an additional fee. Please do not bring a bike into your space. There is a bike rack located in the level P2 garage, and locks are not provided.

Чистота , действительно чисто , кровать очень удобная

Минус того что мой номер находился возле лифта , постоянно ночью кто то ходил что мешало мне спать , и большая щель в двери через которую поступал свет с коридора мне в комнату и светил прямо мне в глаза когда пытался уснуть ,в ванной не было Геля для душа

"High quality appartement voor een redelijke prijs"

Zeer goede kwaliteit. Het appartement was ruim: de hal was groot, beide slaapkamers hebben grote goede kwaliteit bedden. Wasmachine en wasdroger aanwezig. Hygiëne was top. Er was een (gratis) fitness ruimte. De locatie was prima.

"Bien situé , propre et conviviale"

Le déjeuner adjacent à l’hôtel était parfait et le personnel très gentil. Je craignais le stationnement , en fin de compte nous avons pu accéder au stationnement souterrain juste à côté et à même l’hôtel. Ont a adoré le principe appartement (première expérience pour nous ) la prochaine fois nous allons amener notre nourriture.

La pomme de douche était brisée.

Bien situé et équipé. Il y a même une petite machine à bruit blanc dans la chambre. Vraiment tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et passer plus d’une journée

Rooms nicely laid out. Very comfortable I thought it was great value. King size bed very comfortable and I was glad there was an extra duvet.

I was not aware you had storage locker until I had checked in. I had to pay $55 to drop off my luggage in my room 1pm, but had I have known I would have put it in a looker and come back later.

"Wonderful stay in downtown Ottawa, highly recommended"

Pretty much everything! Great location. Apartment was brand new, spacious, and had all things needed for a comfortable stay. Staff was friendly, and online customer support very responsive. Really loved our stay.

Only two things: 1/ there’s no parking (nothing Sonder can do about it, but just mentioning as for us it was important); however, we found a garage close by that was cheap and convenient. 2/ ping pong and pickleball balls for the entertainment room were all broken (very minor and easy thing to fix:))
