Please inform Sonder Rideau in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Parties, excessive noise, and smoking are not allowed. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no room service or daily housekeeping. Intra stay cleanings are available upon request 24 hours in advance for an additional fee. Please do not bring a bike into your space. There is a bike rack located in the level P2 garage, and locks are not provided.

"Ce fut un beau séjour dans un environnement confortable et très bien situé."

"Great location, good for families with young children."

Good for families - cot provided, separate bedroom handy for napping baby. Good facilities - gym, activity room. Easy to access via code provided ahead of time.

Some of the furniture was in need of repair and while everything was clean at a surface level, there were a few things like paper on the floor, dirty carpet.

"Excelente apartamento e localização"

Apartamento maravilhoso! Enorme, bem decorado, com todos os equipamentos necessários. Localização excelente para turismo. Tem vários cafés e restaurantes por perto para quem não pretende cozinhar. Estacionamento pago à parte no prédio do hotel foi tranquilo (valor de 28 dólares por 24h).

Não há pontos negativos, mas a única coisa mais desagradável é o check in somente as 16h. Até tentamos entrar antes no apartamento mas só liberaram às 16h. Apesar disso, há armário com cadeado para deixar a bagagem enquanto se aguarda o horário.
