The location is unbeatable, literally steps away from Petra, which makes early access effortless. The staff are the real highlight though. Every single person, from reception to restaurant, is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares. The food is exceptional, with great variety and quality. After a hectic travel experience elsewhere, arriving here felt calm, organised, and welcoming.

Honestly, very little. If anything, the stay felt too short to fully enjoy everything the hotel offers.

This is the best place to stay if you are visiting Petra. The visitors center is right across the street, as is the museum. You can save you energy for the walk in and out, which is well worth every ounce of energy you can devote. The food here was the best we had in Jordan, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.
