Mövenpick Resort Petra

We are enjoying our stay at Movenpick Petra - Wadi Musa as part of our Jordan extension thru Viking. Our room is nice - very clean and serviced daily. We had a malfunctioning shower valve which we reported to Housekeeping. When we returned from our excursion, it had been repaired. Housekeeping stopped by to confirm it was fixed to our satisfaction. Thank you Muayad and Hamza!

Inability to regulate heating in the room at night

The hotel was wonderful and beautiful, and our stay in the room was great; it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the staff service was excellent. I would like to thank the floor manager, Hamza F., Jawad S., and Yahya for their kind and friendly treatment.

After five years living abroad, I returned to Jordan on a work visit to Petra. I was fortunate to stay at Mövenpick Petra Hotel. Arriving late, I went straight to my room, exhausted from travel, and fell asleep immediately. Early the next morning, as I entered the Saraya Restaurant, I was amazed by something truly remarkable. I realized how advanced our country is in terms of humanity. A very kind employee with Down syndrome greeted me and made my entire day. With pure innocence, he asked my name and which type of eggs I preferred, especially when he learned I spoke Arabic after I greeted him. It is wonderful to see such care for these individuals. As a parent of a child with Down syndrome, this filled me with renewed hope and reminded me that life is good.

Curat, mare, chiar la intrare în situl Petra. Mai aproape de atât nici ca se putea. Micul dejun ok, destul de variat, personalul de acolo care servea foarte amabil și promt.

Hotelul este minunat, curat, nu am ce reproșa. Dar pernele sunt îngrozitoare: mari și foarte înalte, nu te poți odihni deloc. În plus, am stat în camera 423 care a fost foarte zgomotoasă ( evacuarea aerului sau ceva legat de electricitate, nu am înțeles), iar asta ne-a făcut să nu ne odihnim foarte bine. De asemenea personalul hotelului mi s-a părut foarte steril în atitudine, destul de reci, cel puțin la check in nu am văzut niciun zâmbet pe chipul domnului de la recepție, în contradicție cu toată ospitalitatea poporului Iordanian. Se putea și mai bine pentru un hotel de 5*

The restaurant is magnificent, with great service and a delicious variety of international cuisine… Yahya-H and Odeh-S were very kind and took excellent care of me. They even helped me get information about a tour I wanted to take since I was traveling alone. They were fantastic and I highly recommend them.
