Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland-Southeast-Streetsboro

The property was below what I expected from a "Hilton". The building looked a bit "old" and the room furnishings matched that impression. The staff was friendly but couldn't remove my notice of huge stains on my rooms couch, along with generally worn out furniture. I've never experienced a toilet that required holding the flush handle down for a 10 to 15 count in order to flush! YUCK! Find another property to stay at around Streetsboro!

We had never been to Streetsboro, OH before, so we were hoping we made a good choice on hotels. And we did! The Hampton was in a good location, had a good breakfast, and a room that met our needs. If in the area again, I would certainly consider a stay here and based on our experience, I would recommend it for other travelers to the area.

Rooms were humid. Difficult to regulate temperature. The breakfast was just ok. It wasn’t that great. Staff not that pleasant. We found dried poop around the rim in the toilet. And a small pike of sand in the corner by the bed. We go to that area often and will not be staying there again. Very disappointing.

Very helpful staff. The rooms are clean, the breakfast was tasty.

Animals roaming the halls. Elevator was dirty. There wasn’t many channels on the tv.

Nice but busy area. If you want the included breakfast, it’s only available until 9am. Which is too early. Many families and couples were there for activities. Should be extended to 10am at least on the weekends.
