Clean, easy to access from the highway, bed sheets were a little stiff and itchy for my liking. Fan in bathroom buzzed very loudly. Air conditioner would not get our room temp below 74 degrees. Called front desk for maintenance but no one ever showed. Refrigerator didn’t keep our drinks cold.

Check-in was seamless. Continental breakfast was decent. Property was quiet.

Breakfast was good. Had to go ask at the desk for a pen.

Laundry was and interesting experience. For one washer you needed to insert your credit card the other you could tap. The dryers were even more confusing. When told to insert my credit card it, said processing for several minutes, then said to swipe my chip card. But neither inserting order swiping as instructed worked. Finally the desk clerk helped me download the app, which worked. I chose Hampton because of the location and amenities but the laundry difficulties have made this location very undesirable . Probably will not be staying here in the future. Did not have these issues with past stays. Thank goodness for the desk clerk who was very helpful.

We enjoyed a quick one night stay here. The rooms were comfortable, they were clean. Check-in was quick and easy. Heat was easily controlled. We greatly appreciated an idea for a restaurant when we asked. Parking was plentiful. Breakfast was your pretty average one, but it did the trick. Amazingly easy to find off the tollway and so easy to get back on in the morning.
