Not very happy about my 2nd night with no top up of tea or milk or biscuits. Very nice staff in the restaurant at breakfast, but food was ordinary at best. My 2nd night was a Saturday, but even so, feel that £157 for an unserviced room was extortionate.

Location good for access to city and bay, plentiful parking, rooms are above average size, ours was a club room overlooking lake. Exvellent value for money given proximity to Cardiff. Bed was enormous and really comfortable. Traffic noise in the room with window open but with it closed, absolutely fine. Breakfast was only average but ample quantity. Coffee from the dispenser was weak, from the machine unusually strong. Overall though, would certainly stay again

It was a lovely stay. Room was very beautiful with a lovely view. Everything was very clean and everyone was very polite and friendly. Would love to stay again very soon.
