"Deceiving costs and lack of care."

No leisure club facilities available, was informed on the booking page and the hotel would not refund us. Also they wanted £50 deposit on arrival which again we weren't aware of and have not been refunded so far for this. Nosey bikes and cars reving outside late at night. Food prices expensive.

"Great Hotel with fantastic staff "

The hotel was easy to find, easy to park and the staff both in reception, restaurant for dinner and breakfast were first class ( Possibly the best I've interacted within in UK ).. they upgraded room to lakeside which was lovely but the only criticism was the double bed i booked ended up being 2 single beds pushed together which resulted in me only be able to sleep on one half as the gap in-between just swallowed you up

Really happy with my stay. The girl on reception was really welcoming and friendly and helpful. But im embarrassed to say i cant remember her name. But when the first person you meet is so good it makes you feel so welcome

The hotel and staff are lovely, the room was lovely only thing was it was way too hot and rather noisey in the room. Didn’t have a very good sleep at all unfortunately. There was a fan in the room and we had the windows open which let in more noise than fresh air!! But it was still way too hot in the room but saying that it’s a lovely hotel.
