Staff were very friendly and a very comfortable bed and nice views

In some places needed a clean, ie spider webs and the furniture looks tired

Sadly we found this hotel very poor. The view from the hotel is fabulous, but otherwise, there was nothing to be pleased with.

Lack of care: - defective shower drainage, poorly made bed, corridors not cleaned properly, discarded food on restaurant floor, crumbs on lounge seating, - the list goes on. Not acceptable at this price point.

"Estadía poco confortable"

nada me gusto, lo único que encontré que la ubicación era buena

la limpieza de la habitación; no habían cambiado las sabanas, las almohadas (fundas hediondas) el hotel antiguo poco refaccionado, las alfombras en general ( habitación , pasillos , ascensores ) vieja desgastada y manchada le hace falta una limpieza, no cambiaron las toallas, pagamos por tres personas y solo habían 2 toallas además no las cambiaron ningún día.
