Staff was amazing our entire stay. The room was clean and welcoming

The soap/body wash bottles were empty. Not sure if they put down the wrong ones while cleaning before our stay, but they were old empty ones.

Location was fine, I didn't have breakfast. Enjoyed the pool.

I did not like being charged on my credit card, $100 for incidentals, which there are none available and charge was removed after check out. This was inappropriate and I do not recall being notified at time of booking. There was a loud angry guest that I reported. I believe staff went to check it out, but the guy didn't shut up (3:30 am), he should have been asked to leave
