"It was a quick trip."

The breakfast was good. The desk receptionists were very nice.

We had to go downstairs to get Styrofoam cups to make our coffee. Loved the flowers in front.

"Rude and mean staff."

Only location. I travel for work every week and stay there for 3 days but besides that nothing is great after my first visit

Most importantly the staff and the behavior. Specially when you are in service industry CS should be your top priority. But at this location staff lacks in that. Not at all helpful if you are booking it through third party. Their behavior changes. Would not answer any questions. Not even try to help the customer who is coming every week and giving you business.
