"Broken sofa bed"

Purchased a king suite with a sofa bed. Started getting ready to go to bed and opened the couch to see no sheets. Went to front desk to ask for sheets. Was told that the sofa bed in this room was broken. Did not change my room. Do not offer a partial refund or anything. Gave us a twin mattress on wheels to take to our room. This made it difficult for our whole family to sleep comfortably. I paid over $150 for a king room with sofa bed and did not get what I paid for.

"It was a disturbing and disappointing stay . Never giving business back here . Be careful!!!"

The best thing about staying here is the convenience of all the food and gas and shopping on the main rode.

I give this hotel literally a 3 and that’s because the staff was super nice. The fact that we slept in bloody stained sheets and bug infested rooms is ridiculous. The sinks would drain slow which sucked , it was literally one thing after another . And IYF we didn’t even get a refund or a small portion refunded . Just a huge disappointment

The property is in dire need of updating and also needs a thorough deep cleaning. This place has seen better days.
