Pillows on the bed uncomfortable

The lobby was nice and when ask for pillows and toilet paper I received them promptly.

At check in I was told only turn the door handle up to get it. Apparently it did work turning down. One side of the curtain was on the ground. Instead of putting the curtain back on the track they used pins to hold it up. Obviously it didn't stay up. The toilet got clock twice. The mattress was the worst I've ever slept on. I should've got pictures, to lay on it you ended up in the hole every time and wake up with a back ache. This mattress wasn't even a pillow top. That's how old it was. To top it off it was lumpy too. The heater when kicked on sounded like a freight train going by about every half hour. Loose tikes in the bathroom, couch was uncomfortable to sit on. The chair at the desk was uncomfortable and hard and wouldn't adjust height. I've thrown better chairs and couches away. Was it clean? 6 out of 10. I will be going back. I won't stay in that shit hole again.

two beds in the room

our first night I turned on the heater and it blew cold air. I told the guy at the desk. he said it takes 20 minutes to warm up. we fell a sleep we were exhausted. woke up at 2 to the heater blowing cold air. my husband was sleeping. I shut it off. reporte it in the morning. they would try to fix it. they had us move to another room.

The staff and the size of the room

The walls were dirty and the bathtub was used with dirt at the bottom so I didn’t use the entire room due to being nasty
