Comfort Inn & Suites Asheboro East

Staff seemed more interested in personal phone conversations than helping me with check in. The bed was so uncomfortable, I decided to check out a day early and sleep elsewhere. Shower/tub leaks at base, carpet frayed. Bedding cover was shabby. Curtains had holes. Towels were nice

Lobby is welcoming, breakfast area good. Room 124 had bed bugs. Very tired from long day of traveling or would have gone to another hotel. Evening associate Daniel, was responsive and as helpful as possible, as was Angela the morning associate. Daniel moved us to another room. No bedbugs. Both rooms showed lack of care. Upkeep is expensive in a facility like this, but it doesn’t cost much to put curtains back on the rod, match the color of touch up paint on the walls , thoroughly wash the entire ice bucket, clean grime off the bathroom door or repair ceiling tiles which have water damage and put the back on the TV/refrigerator/storage cabinet. It’s apparent that the owners, East Coast Hospitality LLC, are not committed to the smaller details of this facility. Maximum cash extraction with minimal investment. Would not recommend.

The one staff I spoke to was nice.

The fact that it looked like blood on the carpet and it had a foul odor in the room. Rooms were not comfortable.

Hotel is dated. Could us a spruce up

The location was close to where we were going.

The noise, right next to a major road, loud trucks and stereo all night, rooms are much smaller then must comfort inn that we stay at, not being able to take your breakfast to your room. And the room smelled like cigars, especially the bathrooms.
