Inn at La Porte

Everything was pretty great. The only downside was the room I was in smelled like dog pee. It wasn't super strong, but having four dogs of my own at home, I know the smell pretty well. But all of the people were super nice, the bed was super comfortable, And the shower was clean with pretty decent water pressure.

The staff were very friendly and nice . I was only disappointed in my room. The room I received did not appear clean. There were spots on the floor and water leakage marks on the ceiling. I had chosen this hotel based on all the positive reviews. They are so misleading.

The stay was comfortable and clean its what you expect it to be. The pool are needed more attention as it felt dirty.

TV did not work. Management did not fix.

Worse hotel ever, as soon as we entered our room it smell like dogs had being living there, there was a roach in one corner of the room and also dog food on another part of room. Looked like they didn’t clean the room before we came in. We went down stairs and the attitude of the lady was so rude with an attitude. We ask her to have some one to go and clean it while we went to get something to eat because there was no way we were eating in that room. When we came back the dog food was still there and the roach. We went down again to speak to them and she said that they had clean it but they probably forgot to clean that up. This is not acceptable I told her. With an attitude she send one to vacuum the room. She never asked us if we wanted to change rooms like she didn’t care. I will never stay there again. Worse experience ever!!! Thank god it was just two days that we stayed there. I do not recommended to anyone!!!
