Inn at La Porte

Very dirty, had mold in one room, got moved to another room with dog poop stuck in the floor. But Management was amazing!

The facility does not have a running water in the hotel. They still check in without telling us. Noting

Nice hotel, nice staff, biggest problem is they control the AC from the office. I work outside all day to come to the room to find it sitting at 75 degrees while it’s set at 68. Isn’t a huge deal but kind of sucks when you been outside all day and now you have to wait for your room to cool down so that you can cool down.

Hotel was clean and smelled good. Elevator wasn’t working so we had to walk up to the third floor with our kids and all our stuff. Other than that everything was good. Not much room in the dining area for breakfast but food was good.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was very good, we enjoyed it. The linens were excellent. It was easy access in and out of the hotel.

The elevator was broken, the stairs we had to take smelt very bad. The room also smelled of smoke and I had reserved a non-smoking room. The tub did have some mildew in the caulking.

I loved how accompanied the staff was. It made our stay incredible. Breakfast was always delicious, thank the staff for all they do.
