Inn at La Porte

the man at the front desk was kind the property was dated but clean except the smell of dog

This hotel was pathetic. We had zero hot water for the shower or bath, while laying in bed. A large spider went running across the bed. The carpet had worn all the way down to the actual backing of the carpet. I have requested that a manager give me a call pertaining to the stay and I have not received one yet

very large rooms. I was really surprised by the size. I wasnt expecting the facilites i was getting in temrs of Pool, bedding in room items. I was really surpirsed in a great way.

Lobby was little less welcoming. not mandatory , but the ppol could have towels and the some of the panels in the pool area were broken like the timer for the bubble pool.

We got upgraded and the room was big and the bed was super comfy.

Cleanliness and staff were very good. Only thing is the breakfast could be a lot better and pillows could be better as well. Overall not too bad

Understaffed and the ones there huddled in back room behind office. Sketchy. Old and dilapidated. Facilities were in disrepair. It was run down for sure and probably on the brink of closure.

Water pressure was low. Beds are nice and comfy but hotel needs to be updated.
