A.c was amazing. staff was great ! Breakfast was okay.

We started to walk to our room and the hallway smelled like pee . The room smelled misty .

TV was not working..briefest in the morning was no good the temperature in the room was to cool.only 65 the heater was not working properly

The check in was quick and easy and the staff was super friendly!

Location good for our tour to NASa

Manager Ami told me that they don’t put on the website that the hot tub is NOT working because it takes to long to do it and then it takes too long remove it. She also told me that usually clients call to make sure it works. I guess it’s the Client responsibility to make sure that the hotel has everything that they show on the website. Lesson learned. Hotel hot tub does NOT work. We booked comfort suit because it’s close to NASA and offers hot tub for cold weather. I had to booked 2 night because the amount of hours of driving. Not having the hot tub that they offer in their website ruin big part of our trip and stay. We planned to arrive, hot tub, then dinner, next day NASA, restaurant and hot tub again. We end up that leave the hotel one night before without being able to find another hotel. All of that add stress, waste of time trying to find somewhere else to stay . We end up driving 5 hours back home. I wish they just could show what they really offer. During summers I make sure a book hotels with pool, in winter time with hot tub . My son and mother love doing that.

Bad location, the room had a odor and the tub had hair in it
