Front desk when I called down for microwave she came on phone and said I am assisting customers the hold will be 10 minutes didn’t give me time to respond just clicked off phone kinda rude I thought

"Taking a stand against destination fees. 1 star it is."

I’m done with destination fees. The fee was not disclosed when I booked the hotel. The rooms were a little run down but clean. Staff was friendly. I am giving one star reviews to any hotel with a hidden destination resort fee. It needs to end.

Review: We had a great experience. The staff are very helpful, especially Demetrius. The only thing I would change is more affordable valet parking. They did offer a tip to use SpotHero for cheaper parking, but we had a late night and I didn’t feel safe doing so. Otherwise, everything about our stay was fantastic

There was gum stuck to one of the towels and the bathroom looked outdated, a bit old.
