The location was great amd 3 of the staff were friendly

Bar staff had no manners whatsoever,the waiter had no manners in fact he wasnt at all helpul,we ordered tea and at first we got a post of hot water until another waitress checked on us and brought us a pot of tea,when we were eating,we noticed there were towels up at the top of the window between the ceiling and the beds had matresses that werent the correct size of the bed and there was an odour from the base of the bed like cats had been on it,the room was very dated,the towels were stained in the bathroom so we didnt use them

We booked three rooms, but unfoWe booked three rooms, but unfortunately our check-in experience was very disappointing. Despite calling ahead to arrange an earlier check-in, we ended up waiting over two hours before our rooms were ready. Throughout the process, the staff were unhelpful and did not provide clear communication or assistance, which made for a frustrating start to our stay. The rooms themselves were fine and generally clean, although the hotel felt quite dated. One downside was that the rooms became very warm at night, and with no air conditioning it was difficult to get comfortable. Overall, while the accommodation was acceptable, the poor check-in experience and lack of comfort overnight left us disappointed.
