Worse room I’ve stayed in. No breakfast as advertised, although i doubt I would have eaten there. Expedia should no advertise this dump!

They are not a comfort hotels property any more, quote comfort hotels. There’s no pool and the property is being rented out to the county for the homeless. Trash and dry rot everywhere and to top it off no soap and the TV didn’t work. Should refund my money since it’s free for homeless.

Overall facility is old, disgusting and worn out enough that Comfort Inn covered up their signs on the building. Inside of some rooms renovated and clean but most are in process of renovation. Room had bare minimum essentials. No refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker or hairdryes available in room or at hotel. Had to ask for washcloths and TV remote also. Only had coffee in lobby in a.m. No breakfast, although advertised. Looks like some rooms have full time residents. Not sure how safe the area is either. IMHO - it is overpriced for what you get. Will not return.

Front desk asserted that I didn’t pre-pay. Charged my deposit to a different card and did not return the deposit. Told me hotels.com was not safe. No towells in room. Sketchy folks followed me to my room.

Despite advertising included buffet breakfast there was none. Everything other than the room was unpainted and sketchy seeming. My room was quiet and clean and totally fine & inexpensive. Hopefully the new owners will update the incorrect pictures and claims on Expedia asap and fix it up — great location for Sacramento State Aquatic Center and the price is right.

Unsanitay conditions. Toilet seat in the emoty pool. No trash cans. The maintenance man knew more than the front desk cleek. Never again.

The place is a dump.

No amenties in room…no wash cloth, no bathroom mat, no cup of any kind for water, tv control either did not work or internet services was sketchy and not one chair.Two broken down cars and trash (empty wine bottles) where we parked. Breakfast was 2 inch packaged something and coffee but no coffee in the room. Pictures on website were completely misleading. My belief is that it is a hotel used by city for homeless or for long term stay for people who may not have homes.

There wasn’t a free breakfast as the website advertised. Property needs some maintenance.

The property was run down and offered free breakfast online. There was no breakfast. The room was fairly nice with a comfortable bed.
