They couldn’t find my reservation from Expedia and it was non refundable. They said there is nothing they could do

It was horrible. The property has broken windows, broken down cars all over the dirty parking lot. We had to change rooms within 10 minutes because the television wasn’t working and when you flushed the toilet water poured out onto the floor. Second room given only had one light, smelled of some odor and didn’t have a refrigerator that was suppose to be in the room. Was woken up at 6:45 am do to someone banging on one of the broken down cars and the woman with her wine bottle screaming at someone. Website says breakfast and coffee served in the morning which there was neither of. When I asked where the breakfast was that I paid for they just said on there is no breakfast. Don’t be fooled by the website pictures because nothing is what it shows. My wife and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary and were fooled by the website and wasted our money on the worst hotel experience ever. I suggest you keep scrolling and not choose this site…Because even when you voice your complete and ask for your money back they will not help you.

Sketchy place, no name on the front, older and not well kept up. Grounds were dirty. Door to room did not have extra lock. Location near freeway.

If you're just looking for a bed for the night, this place is adequate. But the property is dirty, and it took 4 times for me to be able to open our room door because they didn't tell us you had to turn the handle up after the green light turned on after inserting the key. Ridiculous how many times I had to go back and forth to the front desk. Also, I'm not sure who designed this place but the faucets turn on by pushing them backwards. Crazy. Not to mention there weren't enough towels, and there was a homeless man fixing a stolen bike in the parking lot. The only good thing about this place was the sushi place across the parking lot. I probably won't stay here anymore.

Absolutely awful. You can hear everything in the room over. The walls are so thin and connected by another door. They only had one towel inside the rooms and the beds are not big enough for two normal size people. I felt like I was being bit by something in the sheets also my legs were extremely itchy and felt like ants crawling on me. I couldn’t stay there the second night and had to leave right away.

Very dirty and nothing like the photos on the website

This place is awful and took my $100 deposit and has not refunded it. It has been a week! I called the day that I checked out because it came out of my bank account and they told me they refunded it. I just had to file a dispute with my bank. Someone else said on here that they took their $100 deposit as well. What is going on here? Besides that, the place is a dump.

The property seems like it's going through an owner change and is being updated, but it's super cheap and the staff is very helpful!
