No one at front desk. Key card didn’t work. The room smelled awful. A very nice woman did help he

This was a fine hotel for a night. However, we had issues with the toilet clogging & there was no plunger. Our options were to go buy one, leave it, or switch rooms (which was not an option at 9:30 pm with two toddlers). Ultimately, we chose to leave it. But it was incredibly frustrating that there was no solution to this problem.

It is nice to have a shuttle.

Many of the previous reviews are fairly accurate. The hotel shows its age, but according to staff, a major renovation is on the horizon. During my stay, the front entrance didn’t fully close, though the lobby was clean and well-kept. The hallways and room decor felt dated, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom—including the shower—was clean. One minor inconvenience: the bathroom door was unusually heavy and wouldn’t stay open. The staff were excellent—warm, attentive, and quick to recognize my Hilton Honors membership. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Located within airport grounds, the hotel offers views of aircraft taking off and landing if you're in the right spot. Overall, the noise level was manageable, though military jets occasionally passed through, and their engines could be heard throughout the building.

We booked a room there because they told us there is an on demand shuttle to the airport. So we left our car there at $7 per day and took shuttle to airport and were advised to call the number on the business card when we needed the shuttle from airport back to hotel. Called the number multiple times with no answer. We ended up having to take taxi to hotel for $35. Desk clerk told us that the number was busy and there was nothing he could do to compensate. It would be helpful if they had a voice mail letting you know that the associate was on the other line and would be with you shortly or something similar

The friendly service was top notch! Appreciated the shuttle so quickly to the airport, also everyone on each shift were super kind and friendly! Wonderful people!

The only bummer for me was the treadmill being out of service, so I walked the parking lot and all the hall ways instead 😂 the gym had other equipment, my son enjoyed!! I believe the rooms could use some updates but we were super grateful for a nice bed!

The lady at the front desk was amazing I regret not asking her name to add here . Congrats momma on your daughter’s success in school in Oregon and all her future schooling thank you for being so nice to me !!
