Everything was run down. The toilet seat was falling off, clock didn't work, light bulb burnt out, wall patches. In the fitness room there was no air and the treadmill was broken.

The room we were in showed l a lot of wear, and lacked more updated conveniences. The one good thing was the location to Tulsa International Airport.

Location, staff, shuttle and nice food/beverage mini store in lobby.

Bedroom/bathroom were ok, but outdated, scratched wood, shower needed updating, TV didnt work too and no instructions in the room on how to run it...a small brochure or 1 sheet in the room with info on tv, wifii, hours for pool, restaurant etc would be helpful.

Property is showing its age. Room was ok, furniture was beat up, bath exhaust fan was not functioning, floor was uneven and very noisy. HVAC unit either needs serviced or replaced, only supplied cool air. On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable, the staff I interacted with were fantastic, the grounds were in nice shape.
