Dutchland Motel

The listing claimed that there were pillow top beds, down comforters. The beds were small, old and bagged out. The beds had thin poly fleece blankets. The front desk asked for a 100 security deposit ( but did not charge me for it) The room was small and very grimy with unpainted drywall patches and a weird smell. My kids felt unsafe. We were booked for two nights but only stayed one because it was so uncomfortable.

Most electric connections poor. Shower water hoses leaked.

The staff was fine for check-in and check-out. The property is all over disheveled. Parking lot is in terrible shape, junk around the fencing. There is this strange thick 'carpet/astro turf' on every wallway. Ripples throughout, big tripping hazard. Then there is the room. The only good things i can say is that the linens were clean and there was plenty of hot water. The room was old. Fabric chairs with stains. They gave me a room with a large jacuzzi tub, of course it was dirty and didn’t work. There was stuff on the walls in the bathroom. Fixtures have rust and every surface just felt gross.

Woman at the front desk was cold and rude. There was a $100 security deposit that I wasn’t aware of.

This place is a dump. Don't stay

The lobby was disheveled. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. The lamp by the desk was broken so we had to use bathroom light to see. There was no literature to know what channels were on the TV. The light outside our door didn't work. Glad it was only one night. At least the bed was clean and comfy.

I had to clean room before we could put anything in it. Found roaches and bed bugs. Had to pay a deposit which is absurd for that place and to check in early or out late it was $10 an hr extra. Had i not already paid and wouldve been able to get money back we would never have stayed
