Hotel viejo, ventanales sucios no se puede ver ni a la calle por la suciedad, tienen gente atendiendo clientes que ni siquiera hablan inglés, cómo dan servicio si no entienden el idioma? el wifi no llega al piso 14.

Oscuro, mal iluminado, persianas viejas, ventanas sucias, mal wifi o wifi inexistente, empleados que no hablan ni entienden inglés

Hotel had a musky smell like covered up mold. The carpet was dirty. The window treatments were old and broken. The bathroom had broken tiles old toilets and vanity. It seems like ownewrship let the property go. It has so much promise covered in apathy.

The cleanliness, the ameneties and an overall modernization of the entire property. The only thing the hotel has going for it is the location and good staff. This is an ownership and management issue.
