The housekeeper would barg into my room then accuse me of smoking in the room while she had a lite cigarette in her hand. Then would go down stairs and tell the manager. When I dont even smoke cigarettes. She was rude I had to go in every time I checked in and re clean the room because it looked like it hasn't been done in months. I mopped the floor 3 times and the towels I used were black every time. Then I had to change rooms another time because my room was invested horribly with cockroaches. The next time I checked in my heater was stuck on cold and I couldn't get it turned off, and my door wouldn't lock so it was u locked everything I left the room, also the heater was so bad they filter was so bad I woke up the next morning with 2 swollen eyes I had to go to the Dr. anf get antibiotics. Each time I would complain about something I was told basically there was nothing they could do about at, or claim it on a different department like of that's maintenance job or that's front desk j9b. I have pictures to prove my allegations

Staff, very friendly, so are the people that I met,if I need anything they would help immediately

The traffic racing down the street around 3:00 to 5:00am, which no one can do anything about it.

they towed my car away the first day it wasn't parked correctly they said you have to be perfect in the parking space any parking space you can't pull through one cuz that's illegal you can't back into it cuz that's illegal here kind of ridiculous but expensive but that's how they take your car easily

People staying were friendly aswell as staff, clean surroundings, staff helpful and curiosity

The location was terrible next to the highway and in front of manufacturing industries that start up early in the morning. The room was crappy, old ,used not up to date furniture had rips and tares fridge leaked water stove worked when it wanted too the bathroom shower had a hole in the shower floor. The bathroom shelf was holding on for dear life. Only a couple channels worked for the TV. The place was ghetto. Cops was present multiple times cause of disorderly people Picture on booking is not accurate
