Online the property says they only take credit but when I got there they said they only take cash. The women up front were not nice and the whole place is filthy!

Very unsanitary dirty no towels fridge was out staff was horrible tried to make me pay again the became under new management but front desk was very forget full

It was extremely nasty. I paid $100 to instacart to buy cleaning products and sheets and protective pillow covers. The Roaches were so bad we couldn't sleep that night. The cleaners left dead roaches in sight. And live ones came running towards us with the lights on and off. Unfortunately, I checked in late and couldn't go back to complain and ask for a refund and the office was closed until 11am. We left at 7 am. We spent 13 hours in that room and didn't get a single hour of sleep. Not worth the deposit the hotel makes you pay and definitely not worth what it cost to stay there.

I didn't like anything. It was such a traumatic experience that I pray I don't have to ever stay in a Michigan based hotel. The photos on booking.com and Google are completely false. It may be what the hotel looked like when it first opened and never updated to reflect the disparaging and desolate state the property is in now.

I wouldn’t stay here again if somebody payed me very rude employees, keys just stop working, more like a motel 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Nothing, I checked in around 2:30 pm and I checked out 30 minutes later because the room and furniture were not clean at all.

Dirty, the bed mattress, the cover, the floor, the toilet and everything were dirty. There was a whole also in the wall by the door as shown in the picture.

Fun

The shower was not clean. We did not have water for the whole day when I arrived and they said they were not going to compensate for the inconvenience. My door handle in the room was broke. I had three rooms and one of the rooms the refrigerator never got cold.

Tires flatten, police report complete with pictures, pending prosecution. This hotel assisted me with a hotel room in a state of housing crisis that added stress and worry looking for another place and tire.
