"I had no choice or it wouldn't have been here only good thing was the cover on the mattress to keep bedbugs away."

Not a lot

Rooms are nasty I had to buy a mop and broom so I could actually see the real color of the brown floor. The toilet wouldn't flush the shower wouldn't drain. And there are lots of undesirable people all over the place.

Friendly staff, quiet (except for the interstate near by, which is typical traffic noise) comfortable bed, great hot water and heat!

Toilet need something around outside bottom of it to keep it from rocking every time you sat down, they only gave me one towel to dry myself off with and elevator not working (which wasn't that big a deal)

"Caused me to lose my job, got black mold poisoning and Shingles."

I was able to keep my 2 dogs with me

Getting black mold poisoning from the black mold in the shower. Getting a horrible Shingles blister rash. Cleaning previous tenants dog's feces and urine off the floor. Having a crazy lady living in the room next door trying to pry the screen off my window so she could break into my room at 3am. Losing my job due to missing too many days of work due to being sick. Asking for and being denied a full refund.
