In a convenient location , love the room set up

WiFi was very slow/bad

Great location

The room was filled with hair everywhere that did not belong to me. Spider webs in the corners of the room. Carpet and tub need to be replaced. I only stayed long enough to nap in order to return home. The staff upon check in (Kasey) was amazing. She was polite, professional and friendly.

Comfortable room

Clean and comfortable. Only issue was reassigning my room while I was still in the room. I was sitting at the desk nearly in my full glory with a skimpy nightie. The man opened it once, saw me in my near full glory. He closed it and then opened it again. I was mortified! Other than that, everything was great.

What can I say Ms Pearl was raved about in the reviews and she did not disappoint...she went above and beyond to help us after Booking .com messed up our reservation and didn't want to pay the property and we paid them at the time of booking

Not trying to complaining because it served its purpose, I was in the room from 11:30pm until 8:30am. It was “fine”. But….ive stayed at most of the hotels in the GSO area and this is by far the lowest grade. Again, it serves its purpose and I’d stay here again, but it is not that clean and it’s not that comfortable. If availability is out there and prices are close, I’d pick any other surrounding hotel.

Convenient to food and airport

There was an awful odor on our floor that would continue into room and breakfast include is a Nutri-grain bar or an individual packed muffin - nothing hot or any sort of actual breakfast with drinks.

This was the worse hotel experience I have had in 20 years, and I’ve been traveling quite a lot. The entire hotel stank of something I cannot explain. I had to wash all my clothes 3-4 times when I got back home to get rid of it. Everything smelled horrible, including my books, handbags and the suitcases themselves. The hotel was also very worn down. The breakfast was really bad, coffee and a muffin. No options for people with food allergies. Washing costs 4 dollars per cycle of washer/dryer. The clothes did not get clean or dry. It worked through an app, which was convenient though. We did not get any cleaning during our 9 day stay. Nobody even bothered to make sure we had toilet paper. The only thing positive I can find is that the beds were comfortable and that the pool was ok. I would recommend you to choose another hotel.

The room smells nice and clean. I like that they provide the basic kitchen stuff. The front desk lady was nice.

The tub drain a bit slow. Breakfast was too basic just carbs only.
