"Booking.com dropped the ball and left me hanging!!!"

I liked the price the view, I liked everything in fact I would've liked to have stayed there.

I didn't like the fact that booking.com ignored the filters I had in place and set me up in the perfect room that didn't allow pets, after I specifically put that filter in place.

"Horrible didnt stay"

Hated it didnt stay

The receptionist was rude and very homophobic I told her a female was staying with me in the room and she questioned me saying there was only one bed in the room I told her it shouldn't matter and she kept questioning me. I finally decided to leave after her giving me the 100 questions that she felt were necessary but uncomfortable for me to answer. I wont ve returning to stay here
