This was one of the worst and most unacceptable experiences I have ever had with a hotel. Late check-in after 11 PM was clearly accepted when I made the reservation, but this was later changed without any proper notice. When I arrived at night, the hotel was completely closed—no staff, no security, nothing. I even returned again at 12:00, and still no one was there. Being left outside like this is absolutely outrageous. Calling the hotel is pointless. You are redirected to agents in other cities who sound half-asleep and are completely unable to help. The front desk only operates between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM, which is beyond ridiculous for a hotel. Despite the fact that I never checked in, they still marked me as checked in in their system. The next morning, when I demanded a refund, the front desk employee raised their voice and refused to help, telling me to deal with Booking.com instead. This place is completely unprofessional and unreliable. It feels like they are deliberately misleading customers just to take their money. Avoid this place at all costs—you will regret it. After 11:00 pm the hotel is selling the refundable optioms couple of time.If only I could give the lowest point ,But thee is no option.

I’ve stayed here many many times and in the past rooms smelt like animals and didn’t feel so clean but the last handful of times the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Sometimes you can smell weed being smoked but It doesn’t bother me. A lot of the same people always staying or live there and there’s a lot of police action but other than that it’s my fav affordable hotel in the area.

Well i was able to book but when I got to property they said they couldn't rent to .e no explanation at all clerk said sheput in for refund for me.

Thr fact that noonenotifyoed me that there was a issue with me renting from them then I had to go pay again for another room somewhere else now I'm told I have to wait 5 to 7 days for my money back .that is so unfair.
