Some staff is real friendly.

There was one girl in office ,not empathetic with customers ,there was soapy water on floor outside elevator second floor ,a gentleanfell i told her she said it's not her problem ,I ask what if he sues she said it doesn't come from. My check,I ask to leave a message for ma agerto call me she said I'm asstmanager so I went next morning talked to John the manager and he said she is not asst manager.that was a true to save her butt.she also cussed out cleaning lady in front of customers not good .

Absolutely nothing.

I didn’t like that the room looked outdated the kitchenette area needs a complete remodel, cabinets and countertops were peeling where you could see the actual wood. Mainly I didn’t like that there was a roach crawling on our night stand. After a long day of travel I just wanted to be able to get some rest but Instead stayed up all night thinking about being infested with them. Needless to say I packed my things the next morning and found a better hotel

I arrived with a reservation for 2 rooms. When I got there they said they had run out of the rooms I booked so they cancelled my reservation. No email, no text and no call - they literally just turned me away. I had to rebook both rooms down the road. Hotel Blue is comparably priced and MUCH BETTER

sometimes rooms smell like dogs and/or smoke but this time wasn’t that bad and felt cleaner than usual
